Vancouver Real Estate - Mid January Update

January 23rd, 2007
Vancouver's Real Estate Market is off to a very brisk start to 2007. What a turn around from the latter part of 2006! If this pace keeps up we'll be in for another banner Spring Market!

If you are looking to buy or sell anytime soon I recomend you begin doing your research early. Like the last four years, once the market begins to roll buyers are forced to make quick decisions when it comes to buying a home. The more information you have ahead a time the more comfortable you will feel when it comes time to making an offer.

If you have any questions about the Vancouver Real Estate Market please call or email me anytime for market information.

Vancouver Real Estate - Market Update

January 15th, 2007
The Vancouver Real Estate Market looks to be off to another busy start as we now reach the mid point of January. I have noticed a significant increase in the number of calls from buyers looking to purchase homes and condos on Vancouver's Westside and Downtown. Open Houses this past weekend all saw large crowds of eager buyers once again looking to find that perfect home. Without jumping to conclusions, 2 weeks into 2007 does not indicate a trend but if this buzz of activity continues then the next few months could see a very busy and robust Real Estate Market in Vancouver.

Personally, I have registered seven transactions in the 1st 2 weeks of 2007! I did

Vancouver Real Estate

December 21st, 2006
What another impressive year for Vancouver's Real Estate Market! Home prices accross the board are up anywhere from 15 to 25% over the past 12 months on Vancouver's Westside. While the market has moderated over the past 5 months low interest rates and strong consumer confidence point to another healthy market in 2007.

I don't expect prices to appreciate at the same levels we have gotton used to the past three years but I do believe if you're looking out 3 to 5 years and longer Real Estate in vancouver is a rock solid investment.

Vancouver Real Estate

Vancouver's Real Estate Market looks like it will post a record year in 2005. Low interest rates and continued s strong consumer confidence will keep the market strong moving forward. All sectors of the residential housing market continue to show strength. Whether its a $ 300,000 Yaletown Condo or a $ 1.5 million dollar Westside home, buyers seem to be showing strong interest in making home purchases. Its still not uncommon ( despite the Holiday season ) to see bidding wars on all sorts of residential real estate. It all points towards a continued strong outlook for the Real Estate Market in 2006. While we may not see the record sales or steep price increases
